Third Party/ Peer Review

Review of contract documents during the design phase of a project by a third party consultant is one of the best tools to enhance the final design. SKA’s I & D Department performs many third party reviews of building envelopes throughout the year. We focus on constructability, material compatibility, code compliance, economy, water tightness and clarity of the design details and specifications. Our goal is to improve the final constructed product by making the entire project team aware of options that can improve the functionality, serviceability, durability and economy of the project components early in the design process.
